  I hate that you have to feed the meter; like it's not bad enough I have to pay a fine before getting reimbursed when I'm aqcuitted...The parking needs to be worked out. There are metal detectors at the entrance. CLOSES @ 4PM SHARP. Do NOT put your Starbucks on the conveyor belt at the entrance. It is frowned upon, don't put it in your purse and think the X-ray machine won't see it, because it sees everything. Don't bring paraphernalia, knives, firearms, or drugs with you, even if they are legal (concealed carry even with a permit, medical marijuana even with a prescription etc. aren't allowed in the courthouse, come on). Please take off all your metal before you get to the door (or better yet, don't bring metal in either, leave it in the car), do not act surprised if you are still wearing a belt and the metal detector goes off. This courthouse is mostly for traffic violations, so it is ALWAYS busy. Be prepared and be patient.

  1. Notice the art hanging in the entry: it's a tire in a four way vice. Nothing subtle about that message. 2. If your officer doesn't show up for traffic court, the judge will lie and say he officer put in a moron to continue. Challenge that and demand to see it. Witnesses can't enter motions, and there is no motion to continue. Demand to see it. And all the sheriffs/officers conspire with the court to allow this fraudulent activity against the people.
