- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Great brick and mortar bank. My issue is with the ATMs and the ATM lobby. The machines are set in the wall so low that you are forced to squat to see the screen. There is no place to set your papers, check book, or other items down. You're forced to juggle your stuff during the transaction. Also, no option to have your receipt emailed to you. Seems like these issues should have been addressed by Chase long ago.By Mr Speeb, May 24, 2017
