- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called the toll free number and was told that there was a 2 hour wait time but that if I put in my phone number they would automatically call me back when it was my turn. So about 2 hours later the automated system calls me back and then I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait, after 45 minutes I hang up. What a joke and a,waste of time .
