- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I usually go there to deposit and withdrawal money. The first time I went there to speak to a banker, it was to order some checks. These checks were very important to me- and still are for personal reasons. I was told I would have the checks in about 3 days. The reason is because I ordered them on a Sunday. Two weeks later, I call because I haven't received them. I was spoken to as if there was never an order placed and I was offered to order some more and they would be here on Friday... Which is absolutely pointless because I need them today. Not Friday. Long story short, I'm irritated and extremely unsatisfied that a very important simple request by a customer couldn't be correctly carried out. UPDATE: I called customer service, they transferred me to a different branch. Cannot be solved which means I'm ditching this bank.By Chris Juchniewicz, October 11, 2016
