I own a Pack & Ship store also, we except all packages from all carriers.My customer & I sent a package to this loser store and the loser manager said he will not except a delivery because it was sent by UPS.Now I see why you have only a 3.6 rating , If I could leave no star I would!! You should be fired for even making such a nonsense Remark...SHIPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to mail a media mail package but was told this location no longer had the service. That's cool I figured a book would cost maybe $8 to ship. Wrong! They wanted to charge me $22 to shop a book as their cheapest option. That's ridiculous. At USPS it would cost $2 tops media mail and maybe $8 regular mail. Now I might have gotten that price quoted to me because the cashier didn't like me. He was having trouble reading the letter 'o' and 'u' that I wrote in cursive. Which honestly looks like they do in print except for a loop in the 'o' so excuse me for being surprised you couldn't read. I wasn't even mean about it! All I said was I was sorry and that I wrote cursive since I didn't think it would be problematic for mailing purposes. Save yourself the trouble and go to USPS, it's cheaper and just as reliable.
