- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This review is for a pick up situation: Came there to pick up a package. Provided Customer Service tracking number and was told that my package was not there and that I would have to come back. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude, uncooperative, people who cannot or will not attempt to resolve issues. In efficient delivery drivers. Customer service persons lie. Totally getting the run-around, 3 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and I still do not have it, and was told they don't have any way to contact their driver, and I might get my package today, maybe.
