- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Chase seems like a great company until you have a complaint or a problem. They completely screw you over and act like you aren't a paying consumer of their's. We the customer and users of the CHASE credit and debit cards are the reason they are making money but they don't seem to value that at all. Please be very wary when you do business with this branch as their hidden fees pop out of nowhere. If you want more information, I came to pay my credit card statement. I was charged money to pay my credit card. Where on earth is a person charged extra money to pay their bills on time. When I called to complaint about this issue, they didn't seem to care that a loyal chase customer had a valid point and should be giving me some decent customer service.By RrockRrogers, June 01, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So this is the first time i went to this location, specifically because they were the closest branch that could print out a card for me.... worst experience ever. First off there are literally about 9 people in line to be assisted by 3 tellers on the 15th of the month. Um.... that being said i have now waited 20 ninutes to reach the teller so that i could be advised that i need to wait in the lobby for a banker, i glance over and there are 6 people waiting... no sign in sheet no one assisting or guiding... i advise my teller that the rep on the phone stated i could just go to the window... her reply , "im sorry" followed by a blank stare. I ask is there a reason you guys dont have any one guiding customers... "blank stare."...okay! Guess its my problem and i should just deal with the tunnel vision employees... horrible.
