- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a complete joke! Thank God Trump won the election. Maybe he can kick their sorry asses where they belong which is flipping burgers at McDonalds. They kept half of my refund for no apparent reason and there is nobody to call. H&R block did my taxes and they don't know why either. They said I have to wait to get a letter in the mail to find out why. It's been over a month and still no letter. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets lost in the mail even if they do send it out timely. But there is no way to know for sure and there is no recourse. They don't even answer the phone. They just steal your money- especially if they know you are a Republican. And boy do they KNOW! Bunch of corrupt MFs! Drain the swamp Mr. President!! God bless you and your beautiful family! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆IRS made a mistake and did not credit our tax payments. We sent a copy of the canceled check along with a letter of explanation and they ignored it... sent another bill with penalties again. So 1 hr on the phone later we finally get someone on the phone.. they said they couldn't help.. had to transfer us.. not another hr on hold. The first person could not supply a direct number to this dept should be be cut off.. We would have to call back and do it all over again. The IRS shows complete lack of respect for tax payers and refuses to take responsibility when they screw up.
