- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We live out of state and had a couple of really difficult title issues. As usual we had no luck dealing with the DMV. We decided to call Regisration Express Group hoping they could help. Our call was answered by Liu who went right to work on the problems. We only had to visit the office once and all of the other leg work was done via computer or phone. It was awesome! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is a ripoff.. They charge between 40-125 dollars on top of the DMV fees, and hide it in misc and "bundle" fees. Unless you just want to throw your money away just walk across the street and get in line. They lied and told me the DMV was charging late fees, but when I went to the DMV they told me this was a convenience fee charged by the company. Ripoff!!!!!By donald neal, October 16, 2016
