  ms. duffy is extremely cordial, friendly, and positive. unfortunately it takes much more than that to be a good trial attorney. to win at trial an attorney has to be prepared, thurough with their cross examinations, completely knowledgeable about all the evidence in the case they are defending, and able to expose a witness who is not telling the truth against their client. This is where she failed me and as a result i was convicted of a crime i was not guilty of. After reviewing the case and specifically the prosecutions witnesses testimony against me there were several opportunities she had to show the jury that the two witnesses against me were lying and she failed to do her job. a very poor performance and a devastating loss to me. she could have done much better. she could have won the case. so' if you are trying to decide if you should hire her to represent you, i would say yes if you know your case will never go to trial , but a solid no if there is a good chance it will go before a jury.
