  fast in and out 25 min nice people everybody from security to clerks air conditioning was to die for nuff said. thinking about going back just hang out lol.

  I went in to file for SS after paying into it for 48 years. Of about 40 clients waiting in the lobby, there was only one other person my age. Everyone else was much younger, and several of them appeared to be perfectly capable of working and contributing to society, rather than sucking off the government teat. The original purpose of SS has been plundered and re-distributed to those who did not work for it. I was not there for a handout, I was there to collect on what I earned. Pros: Staff was pleasant and helpful. I had researched what I would need before arriving and had all necessary documentation in hand. Cons: Long wait time

  The staff is quick, but the one Hispanic security guard is very rude.

  Some of the workers are very nice. I have no comment for those who abuses the power given to them to help people. My files keep disappearing or set up the wrong way. It took some angel workers to straighten up the nightmare. I don't think that any one in their right mind will choose to collect 30% of their income in a monthly basis. The process and stress is unbelievable. I am grateful that there is such programs in place to assist people. And for those of you who goes out there ways to assist clients in need, may the almighty God continue to bless you. Amen.
