  Over the top Horrible! I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Horrible service. I call in and briefly explain the service I need for my business. The woman is confused and tells me her husband will call me right back because he is with a customer. Over 10 minutes and no call so I call back and he picks up. I explain, the guy (Dan) says he understands what I need and that he had another customer with similar needs. He tells me he can do it, it's not unheard of, etc... but he needs to call me back because he is with a customer. Now I'm thinking, geez! this must be some serisously needy, major problem customer! It's been over 10 minutes and he is still with the same customer!! He must be, because he still couldn't talk with me for 2 minutes and just take my money and let me get started... but whatever. As a new business customer in a hurry to sign up and get started because I'm racing the clock to beat deadlines, Dan and his wife, tell me 3 times that they will call me back, they just have to finish "taking care of the customer in front of them." After being ignored for over 1 hour, I call back saying, "Hey, I have a business too, I'm a customer. You may have customers there, but I'm next in line, I've been waiting for over an hour." Then, after rushing me off the phone multiple times, with absolutely no information about me or my business, he accuses me of being a criminal because he doesn't understand the basic services the Post Office offers, much less the needs of online retailer who ships to 50-100 customers a day! Whoa! WTF!!? He just told me he had another customer like this, my request wasn't unheard of and that he could take care of it. Then suddenly with no new information, other than ignoring me for well over an hour, he accused me of being a criminal!!? So, dumbfounded, I try to work with this scared, confused ignoramus and find out what sort of information he needs to help him understand this is legit and he can't even give me an answer!! I explain to him that I have worked with other AIM locations to do the exact same thing, but needed someone in the West Sacramento area. So he tells me, "Great, well just go somewhere else then." No problem! Thanks for nothing Dan! If you want to be insulted, ignored and have ignorant fools waste your time while you're trying to take care of business this is the place. If you have a legitimate business and need mail services, takes Dan's advice and go elsewhere. By the way, I signed up with different location done in 5 minutes after ditching these losers. I hope someone from AIM reads this and kicks you fools out of the franchise.

  I mailed 4 letter packages on Jan.2, 2016, all with tracking numbers. Three made it to the post office, one did not. It is nowhere, and cannot be tracked. I called the mail center and spoke to Dan. For three consecutive says, he told me that he will call me back to provide me an update- which he never did- I am having to call him always- just show that this mail center does not really care about our packages. I lost my package and some valuable merchandise, paid for a service which I never got, and no one from the store cares to call me to offer an explanation. I am going to report this company to the business bureau. Needless to say, this situation continue to upset me. And it upsets me to think that I will have to call them again- which exposes me to another very uncomfortable and stressful situation.
