- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude, uncooperative, people who cannot or will not attempt to resolve issues. In efficient delivery drivers. Customer service persons lie. Totally getting the run-around, 3 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and I still do not have it, and was told they don't have any way to contact their driver, and I might get my package today, maybe.
