  This government entity is only helpful if they are provided with complete details of the absent parent all tied up in a pretty, perfect package so that they do not have to do any actual research or work on their own. They NEVER worked on my case in the entire 30+ years they have had it. They never began any enforcement ACTIONS, (meaning actually going out and looking for my ex), other than mailing out some documents to former employers of my ex.) . I have provided current information to them repeatedly, including very recently, and they have no interest in pursuing the back child support owed to me in excess of $170,000. I have written them off. Don't place too much hope in this agency. They are marginal at best.

  REAL TALK! I've been in the system about 10-years. It's been hard at times, but I found that if you communicate if you are late, they will explain the issue. I had my drivers license set to be suspended. I went to the office and spoke with a rep and they told me what I had to do. Which was to pay the current month and show my receipt. They provided me with a Release on the spot and they faxed to DMV. The key really is getting there before the due date on the letter. I also found that if I yelled at them that it did not work. I saw this dude yell at the lady in the front and he got escorted out of the building by the police that have a desk at the door. Its not easy, but just be real and polite and communicate. If you have NO Job you should HURRY up ad File a Motion to UPDATE your support or you will continue to have that old amount added each month against your account. So update them ASAP if you become unemployed so you can get a court date to officially update your record.

  No assistance for child(ren). Male dominated judges who show favoritism to non-custodial father's who claim no job however has a home and car that are up to date on payments. Male attorney from DA's office who failed to tell male judge of absent father's work history during court date. No assistance collecting court-ordered minimum wage support ordered payments that are $20k plus in arrears. This place/system is a joke/let down for children. Name should change to "Department of No Help for Children"

  The principle attorney ron ladage has committed fraud upon the court. He needs to step down, or fired from his position. After contacting my representative then the dcss suspended my driver's license 8 years after the fact I believe out of retaliation and uses discrima tory practices. Then they continue to lie to state and county officials that My case waS closed due to a court action.. no the account is not closed in fact the county agency continues to use welfare monies to generate a child support assignment. Which is extreme fraud. In addition to, How can I contact attorney Ron Ladage when he erroneously concocted an alleged contempt of court with Commissioner Scott P. Harmon, because he was upset I filed an appeal against him which the appeals court protected him anyways.,
