  This probate court is the most corrupt bunch of people I have ever had to deal with they liethere information is all wrong and they use their power to destroy peoples lives it is sickening.

  This place does not view fathers that want to be involved in there children lives, there very culture bias and basically favor the mother in cases.. I feel bad for any father that goes through the family court of Sacramento

  It is very sad when you have a system in place to protect and serve children and the elderly from harm, abuse, neglect whether emotional or financial it is not ever acceptable. For instance when you have concerns of abuse and or neglect and you pay the game and call to make reports then present it to the court hoping they will do their job and step in but then they dont what are you suppose to do? The system is completely broken!! Family members are limited to do anything other than call and keep "good notes" what a joke!! Then the system (APS, CPS, Courts) receive info but then claim to investigate but not find anything. Seriously have they not heard of manipulation Or maybe people really do lie to their face? Are they that naive? Or maybe just uneducated? Seriously if they are understaffed they can reach out to colleges and request some interns that actually want to work in the field of helping others. To many innocent lives are lost in this system that does nothing!! Court appointed attorneys work with the judges it seems to get brownie points instead of doing their jobs of protecting their clients. Unethical, unprofessional, and negligent!! The "self-help" is really what it says. Do not expect to get anywhere, do not expect to get correct guidance or direction, do not expect empathy.

  It's all rigged. Take it from me. I've been at this court for a total of 19 years. and the last 12 to try to quash an invalid void order that a Child Support Commissioner lacked jurisdiction by adjudicating a Child Custody hearing in a Federally funded Title IV D court room. guess what! Since that that fees for the case were misappropriated so the court received federal monies on my case illegally. Then whole Sacramento Courts needs to be audited.
